A Letter from the Founder
From My Heart to Yours
A letter to every woman who finds her way here.

Tifiny Davis
Dear Beautiful Woman,
Before you schedule an appointment…
Before you walk through our doors…
Before we have the privilege of meeting you…
I wanted to introduce myself — not as a founder, not as a wellness coach, but simply as one woman to another.
I’m Tifiny.
The woman who prayed over every room you’re about to walk into.
The woman who believed there had to be a place where women could finally stop carrying everything by themselves.
If you’re wondering why I created Transforming by Grace, the answer isn’t found in a business plan.
It’s found in my story.
For much of my life, I became the woman people could count on. The one who showed up. The one who kept going. The one who held everything together, even when I felt like I was coming apart inside.
Somewhere along the way, I convinced myself that being strong meant I didn’t need to stop. That everyone else came first. That if I just gave a little more of myself, everything would be okay.
The truth is…
I slowly learned what so many women quietly carry. You can be surrounded by people and still feel unseen. You can spend your life pouring into others while your own heart is running on empty. You can be successful, dependable, faithful, and still desperately need someone to ask,
“Who is taking care of you?”
For years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside women and families through seasons of hardship, loss, uncertainty, and healing. As I listened to their stories, I began to recognize pieces of my own.
I realized that so many women weren’t looking for someone to rescue them. They were looking for a place where they could simply breathe. A place where they didn’t have to explain why they were exhausted. A place where they didn’t have to apologize for needing rest.
And as I was walking beside others, God was quietly doing a work in me. He was teaching me that healing isn’t something we earn after we’ve carried enough.
Healing begins the moment we believe we’re worthy of receiving grace ourselves.
That’s when the vision for Transforming by Grace began to take shape.
Not as another wellness center.
But as the place I wish had existed when I needed it most.
A place where women could pause before reaching their breaking point.
A place where they could rest without guilt.
Reflect without judgment.
Release what they’ve been carrying.
And leave remembering that they never had to walk this journey alone.
Every room inside Transforming by Grace has been prayed over.
Every experience has been created with intention.
Every detail was chosen with one hope in mind:
That when you walk through these doors, you won’t just see a beautiful space.
You’ll feel peace.
You’ll feel welcomed.
You’ll feel seen.
You’ll feel valued.
You’ll feel safe enough to exhale.
One More Thing…
Can I share something with you?
There was a time when I almost didn’t build this place. Not because I stopped believing in the vision. But because I questioned myself. I wondered if I was enough. If anyone would come. If I was dreaming too big.
Like so many women, I wrestled with fear, uncertainty, finances, timing, and the quiet voice that whispers,
“Maybe this isn’t meant for you.”
But every time I considered letting the dream go, God gently reminded me that this vision was never about me alone. It was about every woman who would one day walk through these doors carrying burdens too heavy to bear by herself. It was about creating the kind of place I once needed — a place where being strong wasn’t a requirement, where resting wasn’t selfish, where healing could begin with something as simple as feeling safe.
So I said yes.
Not because I had every answer. Not because everything was perfect. But because I trusted the One who gave me the vision.
Today, if you’re reading these words, you’re part of the reason I kept going. Every prayer. Every late night. Every obstacle. Every moment I wondered if I should quit…
was worth it if it means one woman finds hope here.
Maybe that woman is you.
And if it is…
Welcome.
My Promise to You
I can’t promise that every burden will disappear the moment you walk through our doors.
But I can promise this…
You will be welcomed with kindness. You will be treated with dignity. You will never be rushed. You will never be judged for where you are in your journey. You will have permission to simply be.
And as long as Transforming by Grace exists… There will always be a place where you are seen, valued, and reminded that your worth has never been measured by how much you’ve carried.
If something in your heart whispered,
“Maybe this is the place…”
I want you to know…
We’ll be here. Ready to welcome you. Ready to walk beside you. Ready to remind you that healing doesn’t require perfection.
It only requires one courageous first step.
It will be one of the greatest honors of my life to meet you.
Until we do…
Give yourself grace.
With love,
Tifiny Davis
