By accessing and using the Transforming by Grace website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Transforming by Grace offers wellness experiences, coaching, community events, and supportive resources designed for rest, reflection, and personal growth. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical or mental health care.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

When you book a wellness experience, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive as scheduled. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we may offer the time to another guest.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for conduct that is disrespectful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of our space.

We understand that life happens. To help us honor every guest’s time, please review the following before booking:

• Cancellations: Please provide at least two hours’ notice to cancel without a fee. Cancellations made with less than two hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
• Late arrivals: A 10-minute grace period applies. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session, and the full experience fee may still apply.
• No-shows: If you do not arrive for a scheduled experience, it will be considered a no-show and may be subject to a fee. After two no-shows, future bookings and services may be denied.
• Rescheduling: There is no fee to reschedule when at least two hours’ notice is given.

Please arrive five to ten minutes early to help us maintain a peaceful environment. Food is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking and vaping are prohibited, and children under 16 are not permitted.

Full guest policies and your wellness waiver will be reviewed and signed upon arrival before your first appointment. Thank you.

You agree to use our website responsibly and lawfully. You will not:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or its features
• Submit false, harmful, or inappropriate content to the prayer wall or journal
• Collect or use information about other visitors without consent
• Infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws

Content you submit, such as prayer wall posts and journal entries, remains yours. By posting to the prayer wall, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on our website. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others or these Terms.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Transforming by Grace or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Transforming by Grace provides our website and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from any wellness experience or guidance provided.

Our wellness experiences and coaching are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
